Happy Holidays!

As the year comes to a close, we take a moment to slow down. This time of the year is not only about exchanging holiday wishes with our partners, colleagues, and friends, but also about acknowledging the collective effort that shaped our work throughout 2025.
 

This year reminded us that progress is rarely linear. It is built through conversation, perseverance, and the willingness to listen. This is especially true in times marked by uncertainty, division, and rapid change. Across Southeast Europe, we continued to work with those committed to dialogue, social justice, and democratic resilience, turning shared challenges into opportunities for cooperation and learning.
 

Through open spaces for exchange and collaboration, we reaffirmed our belief that meaningful dialogue remains one of the most powerful tools for building trust and fostering inclusive solutions. Each encounter, initiative, and partnership strengthened the communities we work with and the values we stand for.

As we look ahead, we carry these experiences with us. The year to come invites us to deepen connections, broaden perspectives, and continue working toward a future grounded in solidarity, fairness, and mutual respect.
